Come join a conversation about when centralization and decentralization make sense in a software project. We’ll jump from the software architecture to the collaboration of the project team (or teams), to the hierarchy the organization (or lack thereof). And we’ll somehow manage to bring in Catholic thought to make sense of it all. (Did I hear somebody mention Subsidiarity?).
